Arrival

Nootti is located in Puistotorni (Tampere Workers’ House) in the centre of Tampere, at the intersection of Hämeenpuisto and Hallituskatu, next to the Tampere Workers’ Theatre. The nearest public transport stop is Metso. From the bus stop it is a 5-minute walk (350 m) to the museum. You can also travel by tram line 1 from Rautatieasema to Tuulensuu. From the Tuulensuu stop it is about a 5-minute walk (250 m) to the museum.

There are parking spaces along the streets and a parking garage in P-Hämeenpuisto. The nearest taxi station is located at Kuninkaankatu 25, Tampere.

Accessibility

The accessible entrance is located at Hämeenpuisto 28, staircase D.

The lift takes you to floor 3, where staff will open the museum door. The staff can be contacted by calling +358 10 420 9222.

There are no thresholds in the museum halls and there is a toilet for disabled persons. Assistants are admitted free of charge. Guide, assistance and hearing dogs are welcome. The museum does not have an induction loop.
